No, we don't repair, service or descale coffee at client's premises. Initially we take the machine in workshop and after checking it thoroughly we give repair quote.
Yes, we provide 15 days warranty on repairs. But for descaling and cleaning we only ask customer to check machine's functionality upon delivery time and pay us once you are satisfied.
My Delonghi Dinamica started making a noise that three so-called "experts" were unable to identify. The technician at the Delonghi service center, identified the fault straight away. They suggested the grinder replacement which I agreed to swap out. Now my machine runs as smooth as my first espresso in my home!
